We will honor Welton Wyrick Jr. with
Candlelit Celebration of Life:
Shoreline Aquatic Park near the water in Long Beach on July 5th, 2026 at 7PM. 200 Aquarium Way, Long Beach, CA 90802.Gravesite Homegoing Ceremony:
Rose Hills Memorial Park and Mortuary, next to his wife Gailye H. Wyrick, on July 6th, 2026 at 3PM. 3888 Workman Mill Rd., Whittier, CA 90601. We will be in the Garden of Benevolence near curb 9.
All are welcome across his 87 years of life. His gravesite ceremony will be 30 minutes and will be recorded and shared upon request.
We kindly ask that guests wear shades of blue and white in honor of the occasion. To help reflect the spirit of the celebration, we respectfully request that black attire be avoided.

Music for the Soul
Welton Wyrick Jr. played the saxophone in college and at a jazz club in Las Vegas. He was notoriously known for saying “Music sets you free!”
